I m using samsung f490. my nephew change my phone password. he is 8 years old. now he can't remember the coad. there was lock in my message folder. so its also become lock with new password. now i can't read my sms or mms. i tried a lot, but i failed to break that. will u please help me? i thing u can. please help.

JUST RESTORE YOUR MOBILE AND SWITCH OFF THE MOBILE FOR SOME TIME .WHEN YOU WILL BE ON YOUR MOBILE HOPE THIS WILL BE WORK FINE .OTHERWISE GO TO THE SERVICE CENTER.BECAUSE OFF MORE EXPERIMENT MAY HARM YOUR DEVICE .

EVEN YOU RESET THIS IN FACTORY SETTING YOUR PHONE STILL NEED THE CODE..TRY THE CODE OF FACTORY DEFAULT SETTING..IF STILL FAILED YOUR PHONE NEED TO BRING BRING IN THE MOBILE SERVICE CENTER TO REMOVE THE PASSWORD OF YOUR PHONE.

SMS1-Select Messages –> SMS –> Message Settings>common settings >check reply path go back then to Pref Bearer change to Prefer GSM 2- Select Messages –> SMS –> Message Settings--> click in Profile Setting 3- Select the first entry --> click on Edit Profile --> name it T-mobile that will be line No. 1 in No.2 (this number should be in your phone already, if not then type the following number: +12063130004)
