The tub is clogged with hair

Few plumbing issues such as Dripping faucets. Running toilets. Leaky valves. Clogged bathtubs can be solved by our own trying few things.
1)Firstly lookout for what is causing blockage such as soap or hair inside the pipeline blocking water just pull it out from pipes.
2)Secondly use a plunger(Tool used by plumber to clear clog) pour some water in bathtub to cover the plunger block the overflow of water with rag.Place the plunger over drain pull up & down 5 to 6 times.
3)Lastly if still the clog is not cleared try out with snake a long flexible steel cable wound on a handle In a sink you just feed the snake down the drain, but on a bathtub you need to feed the snake down through the overflow plate opening. Start by feeding about 3 feet of the snake into the opening, turning it as you push it forward. You will feel some resistance as you work the snake through the trap under the drain, and the turning helps to move the head through the trap. The snake should either break up the clog by pushing its way through it, or your turning will hook the end of the snake onto the clog and you can pull it out.

After trying with above if still there is plumbing issue call sewer line repair services for help.

My kitchen sink refuses to drain at all.

You'll need a pro with a large cable snake and maybe a cutter head...

I hope it's not due to a garbage disposal. I try to warn people away from those things.

My Glacier Bay toilet is clogged. I tried plunging, the hot water and dishwasher detergent trick, the baking soda and vinegar trick and even attempted to manually unclog it with my hand. I don't e

The clog must be down in the pipe a ways. You will have to remove the toilet from the floor and use a plumber's snake. It is not as hard as it sounds to do this, but it can be intimidating. Look up how-to videos on you-tube. You will need a new wax ring (when you put the toilet back) and you can rent an electric snake from a tool rental place. They will show you how to operate it. You might be able to get away with a hand-snake, but only if the clog is easy and kind of close. The electric snake might be overkill, but it will work even if you have tree roots causing the clog. Good luck!

Toilet will fush but nothing goes down drain

plunge it first ,, if after this your still having the same problem, you may have to remove the toilet and check to see that nothing has gone into the J trap in the toilet itself, toothpaste caps,, and other objects will allow a snake or plunging to work,, but the problem still happens due to an object that will slide to the side and then go back one the snake has been removed

It grinds, but dirty water comes up into the sink

It is clogged and DO NOT USE ANY SOLVENTS DOWN THE DRAIN. NO kitchen sink should ever have any type of "draino" put in it as you was dishes/foods in it. There is definitely a clog. Unfortunately the trap plug doesnt usually work, do you have a PVC drain? Is there a "dandy" below the sink. It will also be PVC and have a larger nut on it, If so, unscrew it and snake the drain. Clogged Sink, Disposal On Takes Water Down, Off, Spurts Back Up

I agree it definitly is not your garbage disposal. You could try to use a liquid drain cleaner, but in my experience those do not work all that well, especially on the type of problem that you are having. If in fact you can not take apart your P-trap, (it shouldn't be a S trap), you should look for some type of a clean out cover under the sink or in the basement (if you have one). If there is another fixture down line, or for that matter up line, are you having problems there? It is possible that you have a clogged pipe under the sink. Unfortunatly if you can not disassemble, you (or a hired prof) will have to cut under the sink to find the problem. Hope this helps

Water clogged in HDA3700 Water backs up into sink

check the p-trap under your kitchen sink, you may need to have it snaked-cleaned. other than that, where is it tie'd in. it may just be tie'd in too close or on the horisotil portion of your sink drain, when the vertical portion above the p-trap is recomended
