The white push buttons on either side of my bugaboo cameleon buggie are getting stuck in not allowing the seat to lock into any of the three positions.

You need to replace them, you can get them easily enough I bought a pair on e bay last week for 5 euro. Very easy to change just one screw.

Seat doesn't lock into place

Hi, sounds like your "seat adjusters" are failing. These are the two round buttons on the sides of the seat unit/bassinette. There is a plastic pin mechanisim inside the round buttons that either wears down with use or can snap off. Either way the seat unit wont lock into replace until the seat adjusters are removed and replace with new one's.

Contact Bugaboo for local repairers or if your are in Australia there is a service agent called Karlisles, their details are at

Hope that helps.

I have a bugaboo chamelon pram , the two round white knobs at the side for reclining seem to be stuck and wont click back into place !! making the carrycot?pushchair unstable

If the Cameleon is under two years old then it is covered by the warranty. The best thing to do is to contact the retailer you purchased the pushchair from or contact Bugaboo direct ( They should arrange for a set of replacement buttons for the seat frame and instructions to be sent to you. If it is out of warranty, you'll just need to purchase these spare parts from them.
