Question about Cell Phones
Before you connect the phone to the computer, you need to install the LG driver.
Here is a link to a driver that should work. It may not be the newest version though. LG doesn't make it easy to find anymore. http://www.lgmobilephones.com/uploadedFiles/LG_Mobile/PhoneAssets/_Drivers/Verizon/LGUSBModemDriver_Eng_WHQL_Ver_4.9.4_All.exe
If you want the Verizon official software with Rhapsody, go to http://vzam.net/vcastmusic/ and download the VCAST Music Manager.

This is easier... i have the phone so this is what i did: plug phone in with mini usb included with charger (obviously)> on phone go to menu> media center> music & tones> my music> then click the sync button .....and voila! ...but that's only for music rly... if you need pics that's a different story, you'll have to email them.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
