You must write down you VIN number. Also you may have to remove the radio to get the serial number and model number and write it down. Have you checked the original owners manual? Had this happen with my CRV. The number will be a 5 digit number and will probably be written in the information at the very front of the manual. Try any 5 digit numbers that you see there. Thats how I got mine working again. Good luck.
