Factory setting nothing but wipeing the Handheld, If you want to wipe the Handheld follow the steps:
1) Go to Options.
2) Select Security option.
3) Select General settings.
4) Press the menu key, you will get the option for wipe Handheld, once you wipe the Handheld your Handheld will go back to Factory setting, No data will be available in the Handheld.
