White screen, won't turn off!

I tried to insert a sandisk microSD card and I think I inserted it wrong. At first it still worked when I turned it on but then it started to freeze so I tried to turn it off. I could not. It also vibrates and has a white screen. It'll only turn off when I remove the battery. When I try to turn it on, it becomes that strange white screen again. I tried to call it but that didn't work. Help please oh wise ones!!

Re: white screen, won't turn off!

Brother this is generic software problem of your phone. Frequently removal of battery in it's active mode lead it to this status. Software got corrupted due to that action. Now you have to go to technician who have SETOOL,CRUIZER of any other special tool to repair software problem. He will charge you but it is necessary as Sony-e\Erric. is well secure at it's chip level by it's technology called CID. And your K-800 is newer and latest model with CID-52. Is this solution looking you fixing your problem then vote FIXYA...
