I have a Samsung SGH-X427. The phone seems "fine," but when I call someone, they cannot hear me. I can hear them fine. This problem began just recently. (My husband and I have just started getting a small blue GP icon on the top of the screen. He has a different phone, though.)

The PUK number I got from AT&T was from this phone was 48747607 it said on some phones you may have to use **05* before the 8-dgit PUK. I'm not sure if this is exclusive to my account or the phone. but you are welcome to try.
