Inside the controller their probably is something loose. i dont advise this without a tech expert near you, but if you choose to, take the controller apart(carefully) and check for loose/ damaged or bent parts, and take it to a game shop like EB games if you cant fix it. or you could buy a new one.

How to keep playstation 3 cool and silent

get 4 ridged foam pads dimensions 4cm by 4cm by 4cm (4cm cubed)

and place the foam pads underneath where the four rubber feet are while the console is horizontal

this will move the ps3 4cm in the air creating more room for the air intake vents on the left side (the side where the hard drive is)

since i have done this my ps3 has been silent while on cross media bar and i mean silent and barely noticeable while playing MW2

Touchpad sensitivity: hi there, the sensitivity on my uncles HP Compaq 6720s is extreme, you can literally drop a feather on the pad and it clicks like you were tapping it, this gets extremely annoying...

The controller cross pad is moving on it's own.

you most likely have a loose/broke or damaged internal issue, and with an expert near you should (carefully) take it apart and check for any of the above issues with the screws, buttons, etc. and i reccomend instead of doing this yourself take it to a game store like Game Crazy and have it looked at and possibly shipped or repair, or you could buy a new one.

Oven is beeping flashes f7. goes from push start for hi broil to low broil

HI, your key pad or touch pad is malfunctioning. most units will have a integrated touch pad. In this case, you will need to replace the entire control board, in order to restore normal functions. Now, if you units control and key pad are separate entity's, i recommend this test below to determine which is at fault.

Determine if problem is with the Key Panel or Control by:

1. Pushing CLEAR/OFF pad.

2. Disconnecting Ribbon Cable from control and waiting at least 32 seconds to see if Code recurs

If code recurs, problem is in the control. Replace control.

If code does not recur, problem is with the Key Panel.

My 90 b2200 has been parked for a while...i had it aligned 5k mi ago before driving it cross country...not it pulls to the right rather hard, and when start to move it seems like the brake is still on..i...

sounds like you have a frozen brake caliper, lift right wheel off ground and remove tire, try to spin disk if you cannot then u need to remove caliper try using a c-clamp and compress inner pad and see if piston will move inward if yes check for leak and clean retry and if still doesn't work or cannot move piston in replace caliper. It most likely has rusted and seized from long term sitting.

Cursor jumps around

If your cursor moves erratically on the screen (for example, if it jumps around the screen, moves at varying speeds, or selects items on its own), perform the following steps:
  1. Clean the surface of the touchpad with a dry, soft cloth to remove grease, sweat, moisture, or other liquids.
  2. Adjust the sensitivity of the touch pad:.
    1. Click the Start button and click Control Panel.
    2. Click Printers and Other Hardware.
    3. Click Mouse.
    4. When the Mouse Properties window appears, click the Pointer Options tab. (Figure 1)
      Figure 1: Pointer Speed
    5. Under Select a pointer speed:, click to move the slider bar closer to Slow.
    6. Click OK.
    7. Check to see if the touch pad still behaves erratically.
  3. If the touchpad still caused the cursor to behave erratically, attach an external mouse to your computer and restart your computer. Use the external mouse to see if your cursor still moves erratically.
