My Samsung Behold screen cracked. I can order a replacement screen, but no instructions come with it on how to take the phone apart to replace. Looking at the phone, there is only a small hole on the bottom right. Is that the way to get in? And if so, what tool do I use? I don't want to damage the inside of the phone while taking it apart.

Depends which password you need to crack. On a T919 behold, if you are having password problems at startup that prevent phone use at all...basically unable to log in...
Save yourself the time looking for a password crack. It doesn't exist. Drop it in a box and mail it to samsung repair in texas. expect up to a 21 day wait time so they can reset the phone to no password, factory settings
