Hello. If possible, i will need the entire model number. This is very important. Without the entire model number, i will not be able to diagnosis the issue with accuracy. The model number will , also, allow me to direct you to the correct replacement parts ,as well.

Thanks..

Ok, this is a control issue. The control sector may be damaged. To confirm, i will need you to preform a hard reset. This may correct the issue, if the damage isn't severe. To confirm the damage, simply shutdown the appropriate circuit breaker for five minutes. This will drain all stored power from the unit, and force a hard reset. You can, also, simply unplug the unit for this time, as well. After the five minutes have passed, simply re-introduce the power to the unit by plugging the unit back into the power socket, or moving the circuit breaker back to the on position. Once power is on again, try to run a drying cycle once more. Observe the units actions carefully. if the error continues, This will confirm that the control sector is damaged. It must be replaced in this case. the control sector can be a control circuit board, or a timer mechanism, as well. replace the control sector asap, if the error continues after you have preform the reset.

The control unit for your model will cost $170. 56. The price may vary, depending on where you purchase it. Normal price range will $170.56- $197.00

It is recommended to order this control directly from the manufacture(euro-tech), pr the purchasing location.

The control panel must be computerised with some sort of chip circuit and this circuit has got a headache or something like it because the chip controling it all has obviously developèd a fault so the only answer is to remove the control board and renew it.This sort of problem with computerised equipment is normally caused by brown out ,where the voltage has dropped below a certain percentage of the 220v say a drop caused by overload on the main supply dropper transformer .Then you fridge can burn the motor out ,this happens to your drier or washing machine ,lawn mower evan your tv.Conputers are not hit very often because of the fancy power supply that can correct the output voltage .But your drier ?? connected straight to the mains. And yes i am aware that america uses 120v so s coresponding voltage drop is evan more lethal to domestic appliances

My dryer spins but do not heat up...why is that

Main element disconnected or, burnt out. Disconnect cord, remove back panel& check that element is connected at all places. If broken element--you may stretch it a bit & attach both pieces together. Test before putting panel on, but stay clear--keep it away from ANYTHING flammable!

It works but no heat

Hi,

If you are having problems with your gas dryer not heating the most common problem is that the ignitor goes bad. Even though it glows sometimes it is still not working properly.

if you dryer is gas check out this gas no heat tip....

If you have an electric dryer, you can have many different things that can go wrong causing the dryer not to heat.
