Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

VIDEO FILES OF CANON SX10 IS NOT PLAYING IN WMP

H264 is a "mov." file. Windows media player11 and Power DVD 9 do not support this type of file. If you don't like QuickTime, there are many free media players that will support it (VLC is a good one). You could convert the mov. file to an avi. file with a video converter program. Then your avi. format movie will play in WMP

Windows Media Player11

Go into Start --> Control Panel --> Printers & Other Hardware --> System --> Hardware --> device Manager --> Audio controllers - look and see if your sound card has a yellow question mark by it. If so, right click on the device and select Update Driver (make sure you are connected to the internet). Also, make sure the mute button is not pressed inside of Windows Media Player 11 itself, or that the Windows Media Player 11 volume is turned all the way down (you can find these items in the lower right of the Now Playing window).

Change Windows Media Player11 back to Windows Media Player10. To do this: 1.Go to control panel and remove Windows Media Player11. 2.A notification will come up telling you if you remove Windows Media Player11 it will roll back to Windows Media Player10 click OK. 3.Save and exit all programs and rolling back will take a few minutes. 4.Restart your computer. Quite a few files might be missing from your MP3 player but just put them back on.
