Question about Amana RanARG7302 Gas Kitchen Range
The following link explains step-by-step how to replace an igniter in a gas range:
The replacement process is pretty standard with nearly all gas ranges. You can go to appliancepartspros.com for reference drawings to assist you as well. The oven burner assemblies are listed under the "Cavity" section.
If you have not purchased an igniter yet, the part number is AP4041245. If the connector plug does not match, there should be instructions that direct you to splice the wires using ceramic wire lugs. DO NOT use standard wire lugs. They will melt due to the high heat in the oven. The wires and connectors on these oven igniters are heat resistant. If ceramic lugs are not included with the igniter, you may have to purchase them separately. The part number is AP3440631.
This is a fairly simple repair, but if you have questions, please let me know. I hope this helps you.
