Refer to the User Guide provided by your Mobile Network Service Provider.

Call the Customer Care number and ask them for instructions on how to get your PUK (Pin Unblocking Key) code.

Most networks have this code noted somewhere in the SIM certificate or its pack.

I just got the GPRS working on LG VU in India. You just get the settings from your service provider in Turkey and it should be done ! I still havent been able to get the TV working though , has anyone ?
