Try a hard reset (menu button and sleep/wake button together for 5sec). If it doesnt wake up you have a broken logic board. The iPhone logic board is not too hard to replace. A good source for the part would be ebay. Thereis a step by step guide too that explains how to replace the part : iPhone repair guide. There are also third party companies that do it for you : iPhone Repair NYC

My iPhone 6 is dsabled. How do I get my phone back

Hello Jabob. If your iPhone 6 is disabled, the only way to unlock it is to completely erase and reset it. If you have a backup, you'll be able to restore it, otherwise you'll lose all of your data. There is no way to unlock a disabled iPhone unless you use the correct passcode or you erase it. And the following guidance will show you how to unlock a disabled iPhone with iTunes.

Step 1. Connect your iPhone to the computer with via a USB cable that your iPhone has trusted.
Step 2. Launch iTunes. If you've synced your iPhone with iTunes, then no "enter password" is required.
Step 3. iTunes will automatically sync your iPhone and create a backup file. If it doesn't, you should sync your iTunes and create a backup file manually by clicking "Back up Now" in the Summary window.
Step 4. In the Summary window, you can see the option "Restore iPhone". Click it to reset your iPhone. Once the reset process is complete, you'll be taken through the iPod's initial setup process.
Step 5. Select "Restore from iTunes backup" during the setup process. This will load the backup that you created so that all of your data is restored.

HOW DO I ACTIVED A IPHONE IS DISABLED?

You can plug your iPhone into iTunes, put it in DFU (restore) mode and then restore the phone back to factory settings. This is the only way to get beyond the "This iPhone is Disabled" lockscreen.

I have linked instructions via Apple. Good luck!

Whats wrong with my iphone it wont turn on after being locked

Perhaps your IPhone is Dead. I suggest plugging it up to a computer and running Itunes. Itunes can see the status of your IPhone. However, If when you say locked, you mean disabled, you'll have to reformat your iphone to get it working again, most likely. Caution however, It'll wipe everything off your phone (but not your sim card, that's safe). To do this you'll have to put it in DFU mode: How to Put an iPhone Into DFU Mode Then connect to ITunes and follow its instructions to restore. Hope this might help!

To recover your device from being disabled, you need to put it to DFU mode and restore it thru iTunes. I made a guide that can help you with that. Click below to read it.

My iphone is disabled

Hello!
If you have a normal iPhone, non-jailbroken, the easiest way is to restore it back in iTunes.  Connecting it up, on the General page of iTunes, has an option to restore the phone.  If you had made a backup copy previously, this will restore the phone back to the previous data and software.  If you haven't made a backup, it will restore it to factory status, i.e. all data wiped clean, at the latest version status of software.
If you have jailbroken the phone, all bets are off.  Since there are so many different ways of jailbreaking the phone, some work, some don't, some can be recovered, some can't.  When you have so many variables, it makes it almost impossible to diagnose and try to help you out.
Hope that this helps.
