Hp3920 printer the power is blinking .... what should i do?

This is a printer hardware error, you cant try below reset methods.
Power Drain:1. Unplug the printer power cord from wall and the printer, disconnect USB cable from printer.2. Press and hold the power "ON/OFF" button for 30 seconds and release it.3. Connected the power and check the printer.

You need to use only cartrigde original not refill or compatible.If you have original cartridge try to look at the purge unit,is on the rigth,possible is clogged and you need to replace.

Reset your Printer by following these steps for your Printer Model:

EPSON Stylus Color 900, 980
Pressing and holding LOAD/EJECT and CLEANING buttons, press POWER button, You will see blinking INK OUT led.
Release all buttons.
In 2-3 seconds time press and hold CLEANING button for 10-12 seconds.
EPSON Stylus Color 3000
Pressing and holding PAUSE, LF/FF and DOWN ARROW buttons turn on printer.
Release all buttons.
EPSON Stylus Photo 785, 895
Pressing and holding Maintenance and Roll Paper buttons, press POWER button, You will see blinking Error led.
Release all buttons.
In 2-3 seconds time until led is blinking press and hold for 10-12 seconds Roll Paper button, until all leds will blink.
EPSON Stylus Photo 890, 1280, 1290
Pressing and holding Maintenance and Roll Paper buttons, press POWER button, You will see blinking Power led.
Release all buttons.
In 2-3 seconds time until led is blinking press and hold for 10-12 seconds Roll Paper button, until all leds will blink.

run the printer driver before power on the printer after some instakllation it ask to attach the printer then power on the printer it will take some time then it install .

Z2300 Inkjet Printer, power button is blinking and will not communicate with computer. also UBS cord keeps being rejected.

Unplug Power Cord

Hold POWER and RESUME buttons

Plug in Power Cord

Release buttons after the printers starts up

Hold CARTRIDGE and RESUME

Press POWER

Release all buttons after the beeps

Press CARTRIDGE 16 times

Press RESUME

Unplug the Power cord

FINISH

check if you print in A4 format in your printer settings.(default is letter)

Red Light blinks when the ink cartridge is bad..
to check which one is bad..
take out all cartridges from the printer and clean the copper contact and the inner area of the cartridge slot with a lint-free cloth...
power off the printer and unplug the power cable from the printer..
press & hold the power button on the printer for 60 seconds..
connect the power cable and power on the printer..
insert any ONE cartridge and close the door..
similarly insert other cartridges one by one and close the door and check if the light blinks..
if it blinks ..it means the respective cartridge is bad and replace it..
if u have replaced all the cartridge..it might be possible that the cartridge sensor inside the printer have gone bad..
if this is the case so ..u might service the printer..
but I will suggest to go for a new printer as 7660 is quite an lod printer which hp launched in 2004 or 2005..
even if u have juz bought it ..it will be refurbished one..

Click on the 3900_enu_win2k_xp_exe file , make sure your operating system is XP, file is quite big it wil take time depending upon your internet speed.

After downloading install the driver. !!!!
