Question about Sony VAIO VGN-S460 Notebook
The sony VGN-S460 seems to have an inherent problem with their cpu fans. It is apparent that the fan uses a ball bearing system which over time becomes worn and causes the grinding sound.
The only solution is to replace the entire fan assembly as they are inseparable.

My sony vaio model VGN-CS11S has also the same problem on its CPU fan, grinding noise. Where can I get the spare part which could precisely fit for this model to replace it please?

If its in warranty, take it back to where you purchased from. If its out of warranty, then you can remove the base from the laptop and remove the fan - goto a store to buy a new fan (if possible) - otherwise attempt to fix. Could be the bearing on the fan thats gone.
If you try to fix yourself, make sure you observe anti-static precautions.
