Question about Creative Labs Zen Touch MP3 Player
I have the Zen V.
Fore some reason it is stuck on just playing one group of songs. It is a group of songs I put together but I cannot get it back to all the other songs (from the device). I can plug it into my lap top and get access to all the music.
Is this something I can fix or would I need to send it to you?
Try resetting it. On the left side there is a small hole, you will need a paper clip to put into it, you'll feel a small switch inside, push down on it and this will reset the player. You won't lose any data.
