SOURCE: need a replacement cover for the water reservoir

Unfortunately, you may need to contact Keurig and order the cover.
Is the cover just cracked? Maybe you get get some non-toxic waterproof glue and repair.
Good luck.

My unit says prime and no outflow.

"Prime" usually indicates the pump is sucking air. Sometimes the valve in the bottom of the water reservoir gets stiff or gunked up; if you turn off the B60, remove the water container and drip some water into the water intake until it's full, turn the unit back on, replace the water reservoir and that little amount of extra water should be enough to allow the pump to work properly.

My Keurig B60 just stays flashing "NOT READY". I can turn it off, I can't get the menu... nothing. I unplug it and it comes back on the same way.

Try removing the water reservoir tank, the replacing it. Make sure the reservoir tank is seated properly. There seems to be a problem with this model with the water reservoirs not seating properly and causing the unit to stop working or shut off. Hope that helps! Best of luck...

Keurig b60 wont brew

The water reservoir tank probably isn't seated properly. Try wiggling the tank a bit and if that doesn't do the trick, completely remove the water reservoir and then replace it. Once it's seated properly, it should start drawing water and brew as designed. This seems to be a design flaw with this particular model, so periodic adjusting of the water reservoir may be necessary to ensure it is seated properly if your problem persists. Hope that helps! Best of luck...
