If your Bissell Little Green Machine has no suction at the hose end but good suction underneath the dirty water tank, try these steps: check for clogs in the hose and attachment, ensure the tank and filters are properly seated, test without an attachment, inspect for damaged hoses or seals, clean the machine, and run hot water through the hose. If the issue persists, contact Bissell customer support for assistance or consult your user manual for specific troubleshooting steps.
Check you User Guide and see where the filters are. They usually have have a filter under the flow indicator. Turn the Flow Indicator cap counter-clockwise to remove it. Lift out the rotor and the filter is under it. Remove it and clean. Reinstall in reverse order. I don't know anything about the specific machine you have but I know they have a flow indicator from other comments I've read so it's worth the try.. Hope that Helps.

One pointer that can help between uses is running water through the lines.First, put clean water in both tanks and set your unit to the heavy traffic setting for one pass. This will flush out any cleaning formula in the lines so your spray tips won't get build-up between uses, which can lead to a lack of dispensing the cleaning formula.
THE JETS UNDERNEATH THE MACHINE THAT SHOOT THE WATER OUT ARE PROBLY CLOGGED WITH DETERGENT. Get a pin and try to clean them from underneath the machine . Ten put some hot , hot water in and wait about 5 mins. then try it out.
