Question about Lexmark Z2420 Printer
If you haven't already tried, please restart your computer. If there is still an issue once you have restarted, you can try this quick command to "empty" the queue:
Assuming your using Windows, click Start, then Run > In the "Open" dialog box, type the letters cmd > Press Enter or OK With this command prompt window open, type the following commands:
NET STOP Spooler
(wait a few moments)
NET START Spooler
Once you have performed these commands and you're still having issues, it is time to remove the printer completely (un-install the software) and re-install using the driver disc or download from Lexmark.com
