Have a i phone and need to know how to pop the back off it to put a sim card in it

Just put your sim card on another phone set to make it sure whether your SIM card is working properly or not. If yes, then do a factor default after saving your necessary data please.

I'm not sure what the question is you are asking concerning a "sim card" but if it's How to put a SIM card in your cell phone you need a pin to put in the hole and it will pop open, However if your question is that your phone keeps telling you to insert a SIM card then you need to turn off your phone first and then go into the place where it's at and remove the SIM card and then put it back in and then turn your phone back on.

Bend the paperclip so one side is pointed out.

Press the small indent on the SIM cover at the bottom of the phone.

This causes the SIM tray to pop out.

Place the SIM card in the tray with the writing facing up.

Insert the tray back into the phone and wait for the phone to reboot.

This is a simple fix. Just pop the sim card out and put it back in. Sometimes you only need to disconnect the sim totally to refresh the cellular connectivity.

Maybe you just shook it too hard, or maybe it fell. Just try taking it out for a second and then put it back in. You don't need to completely pull it out of the tray, you just need to pop-out the sim tray and put it back in.

firstly turn off your phone then open the battery back cover which easy just slide then take out the battery and you will see the sim card holder take out old sim card and put new sim card then put battery back and put back cover.

try taking out both cards and popping the battery on the phone.

Wait a few minutes and then turn the phone on with no card in it.

Turn it back off when it says no card found and insert the newer card and power it back up.

It seemed to keep a memory of the blank card.

Well, first off, an iPhone won't work at all with a T-Mobile SIM card. American iPhones are locked to AT&T's network -- only AT&T SIM cards will work in them.

As far as activating it with AT&T, make sure that the iPhone isn't connected to the computer while you install iTunes. Once iTunes is installed, connect the iPhone to the computer and iTunes should launch automatically and begin the activation wizard. Just follow the instructions on the screen and answer the questions.
