Hi there,

You can try with a different burner ex Star Burn Free, you can get it here :
http://www.rocketdivision.com/download_starburn.html

OR/and you can try to reinstall your Windows media player, you can get it here :
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/previousversions.aspx

Simply uninstall the programs in add and remove programs in Control panel and reboot the computer and reinstall the Media Player

Hope that helps
IF NOT then try to return here

Have a nice day

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

When i try to burn a cd windows media player says connect a burner and restart

If you are running nero or Roxio then disable it first. Roxio takes over the burning capabilities exclusively. You will also have to reset the device to allow WINDOWS to burn CD's. Also make note that amediplayer burns WMA files that some players won't read.
