You will need to know the old one to make a new one. You can always try system restore and restore the pc back to the time you chose a password.
Another option which may be easier, is to pull apart the pc (many youtube videos on how to do this)
Then just remove the cmos battery for 20 minutes, plug back in and you will be good to go.
