Question about Lexmark X2550 All-In-One Printer
I have Windows 98 and when I try to set up my Lexmark Printer X2550 the computer says "Your version of Windows operating system does not work with your new Lexmark Printer.
Please help, Margaret
I just got x2550 lexmark printer and i put the cd in and done what it said and it said print the page i done that and itz comming up 2 colours and theres only meant to be one. please can you help me .

Unfortunatly your operating system is not supported by this printer. By using such an aged Windows version, please be mindful to review the supported operating systems on the side of the box of any hardware (e.g. printers, cameras) or software that you may purchase in the future.
My personal recomendation would be to upgrade to least Windows XP if your computer is equipped with the processor and ram to do so. You are going to find yourself running to this situation more and more as the generations of Windows progress.
If this is not an option for you, simply find an alternate printer that is supported by Win98 and return the one you've purchased.
