Hello, my problem is, when i print a copy I receive a blank line, it seems like the ink is finish or the middle of the ink is finish or don't have ink. don't know what to do I tried to clean the toners and...

If you are seeing a white line down the page in one or more areas, but it is printing fine in others it is most likely your toner or your drum. Try taking the toner cartridge out and shaking from side to side to evenly distribute the toner and break up any lumps that might have formed while it sat around. If that doesn't work take out your drum unit and look at the drum roller (don't touch it!) if you see lines or color differences on it then it might need to be replaced.

Heavy ink line and/or spots on right side of paper.

sounds to me like a toner blade has malfunctioned. The blade rests against the Photoconductive drum where it scraps excess toner off the drum between copies. Often, when the above problem is in multiple units it is because a bad batch of blades has made it into units.
When the blade has nothing between it and the drum, there is an increased risk of the blade "flipping" in that area. When this occurs the blade (which is usually a soft and flexible rubber or silicone type material) rubs directly against the drum and wears a groove in it. Often, this only gets worse with more wear and the blade begins to flip more. This causes the black line because the blade is no longer scraping against it correctly. The flipped blade causes gaps between the blade and drum and toner can drop through onto the paper.
...unless I can get more specific details I would say that this is, by far, the likeliest explanation. Other possibilities could include a worn heat roller on the fuser and a "past duty" cleaning roller against the heat roller. It could also be (but less likely) a white out spot on the scan glass in combination with a drum leak.

I would have to say that you are having a problem with your drum unit and or the developing unit. Most likely the problem is in the drum unit. You have a line going down the page. I would replace the drum unit and try to clean below the drum unit... Good Luck..

Line on left side of printed page toner has been changed and did not fix problem

A line there might not be the toner but the laser drum unit.

The operation below is dangerous - on warm printers you can badly burn yourself, and on all printers you risk severe damage to the drum, requiring replacement.

Opening the printer should show both the toner unit and the drum unit, with a usually green metallic drum cylinder. Taking the utmost care never to touch the drum with your fingers, extract the drum unit and check for anomalies on the RIGHT (where the left side of page goes) side:

- scratches: unfortunately, nothing to do. Drum replacement is your only option.
- black sooty lines: wipe them with a clean, dry, lint-free paper towel. Usually caused by:
- small specks of dirt lodged between the drum and the drum shell. You can remove them with a wooden toothpick. Never use anything sharp near the drum, it scratches very easily and scratches aren't repairable. Sometimes it is possible to raise slightly the shell so that a gap appears between shell and drum, and a folded dry lint-free napkin can be shuttled back and forth to clean the groove from dirt and ink clots.

Replace the drum and print two test pages. The first will usually be very dirty because of the toner loosened in the drum.

Vertical dark/smudged line on right side of paper when printing

See its a very common issue.the right side of the drum has moisture on it.remove the toner and drum and apply a hot air blower on it for some time also clean the printer internally.reinsert the toner and drum.
check by printing few pages the smudging on the right should go within 10 to 12 pages.
if the smudging doesnot go away then its time to replace the drum to solve the issue.

This will help. Thanks please keep updated.please do rate the solution positively .thank you for using fixya.

Have riso cr1610 - prints for few copies, stops, displays error code E 04

Ink overflow.. On each end of the drum there is adjustments that can be made to the squeege. This is what scrapes the ink through the screen. These scrapers may be applying too much ink or internally too much ink is in the drum. These scrapers can be adjusted from each end. If you have a hard time getting the copy dark enough try to increase the flow of ink through.. this will take away the ink inside quicker. Another problem could be cheap aftermarket ink. I noticed i had a problem with one supplier that the ink was so thin it actually drips out of the drum when not in use.. The only other solution is to adjust the drum internally if the problem persists. This means removal of the drum to adjust ink flow.. This shouldn't be the problem..

Installed new drum

dark lines is probably caused by the thin glass of the copier. test by making copy on glass, does it have lines? if no look carefully at the small 1" glass there is probably some ink dots or white out or something on it, clean with alcohol and try.

fish scales uniformly are coming from the fuser, ( where it gets hot as its coming out) check. You already changed drum which was a posssibility.

Also check the toner and see if it is solid black.
