Poor print quality

My Brother 465 CN all in one worked great until I needed to change the color ink cartridges. Now I have uniform lines of missing ink across each photo. The manual says to run the clean function 5 times per print cartridge, and then to replace each cartridge until the quality improves, in case the head is clogged. I have done so and the quality is still poor. I cannot even tell which catridge might be the problem. I'm wasting a ton of ink and paper trying to figure it out.
