The lenses are out of collimation, and must be rotated either on an optical bench or using a star test.

Here is a web site that may help you:

Cleaning and lubrication

Cleaning a lens should only be done with a non-scratching cloth and tissues designed for optics; moistened with plain water or cleaning solution designed for optics. Use of paper towels, glass cleaners, ammonia, etc. can scratch and strip special optical coatings from lenses. Apply water or solution to cloth or tissue - not to optics.

Do not lubricate lenses. Lubes attract dirt and dust and can seep into the lens and gum up aperture blades and eventually cause them to stick. Nearly all lenses do NOT require lubrication. Lenses should be cleaned professionally when not working correctly.

Good luck!

I can not focus the scope using a 1.25 diaganol or by pacing the eyepiece directly into the focus tube. cheers

Some eyepieces will NOT come to focus because the scope does not have enough back-focus, in the focuser. The only thing you can do is try another eyepiece or another eyepiece brand.

Hey guys , after a little bit of tweaking a managed to open the monocular , cleaned the lenses, tightened the bolts , but i don't really remember the order of the lenses & their orientation. I have...

Hello, did you remove the lens from its tubes? Also did you remove the lens set rings? If you did, O boy. These lens are set to give a center line focal point in the NV tube. The adjustment on the eye piece is for the focal point on you eye. While adjustment on the large 50mm lens is to adjust the center line focal point. If you removed and of lens rings and took them out. Then the lens need to send a lens Opitic company for reclibration to the correct focal point..

Now send me a diagram on what lens you have and I will see if I can reassembly in the correct manner. stewbison

I took out 3 lenses but there is still one inside and it has a fingerprint on it that i would like to clean & i can't reach it because it is on the inside, don't know how it got there... &...

It is a wigit finger print. Anything that happen, does happen, could happen, will happen, happen to disappear, you can count on it that a darn wigit had something to do with. There could be more than one wigit also.

The optics on you Night Owl are Russian manufactured. So, it a Russian wigit finger print.
Now which optics lens has the finger print, viewing optic, 50mm input optics. So you need to tell me which optics and I will help you remove the lens by written instruction OK. I have a Night Owl NOCX3 setting on my work bench. stewbison

Wollensak 15x, rochester ,usa I took the lens out of the smallest tube and need to put the lenses ,washers ,spacers, back in right order from eye side to fourth lens/

No one can answer this question-- there are multiple ways that lenses can go together. You should NEVER disassemble the entire lens-- only the outside surfaces ever need cleaning.

Someone took it apart to clean it and i don't think they put the parts back in the right places. i need a blow apart of the scope to put it back together right. Can you help?

This is a small 60mm refractor telescope. The main lens probably screws on the from of the telescope.

You will also have a small finder scope that mounts on top of the main tube.

Several eyepieces

and a diagonal.

You may also have a 2x barlow.

Put the diagonal into the back of the telescope, then put the eyepiece into the diagonal. That's it.

Now practice focusing on a distant object during the day time. Read my tips on my profile page, and read this:

I cant see clearly in my telescope not matter how much i adjust the focus lines

If it is a focused image but hazy or foggy, you have to clean the optics in your telescope. If you have a focus problem but a clean image, then you are having travel limitations of your focus equipment usually rack and pinion. Wearing eyeglasses can also effect that mechanical problem and so does other added components like "Barlow Lenses" that are used to double or triple eyepiece magnifications. You might also have the lenses in the optical system not in the right order or direction when it was taken apart.
