Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

SOURCE: ....from camera to computer!

there is a mini-usb cable that came with your camera [a mini usb to usb wire]. One end goes in a USB port of your computer, and the other (smaller) end goes into your camera. If you are looking at the back of the camera, on the left hand side there is a rubber bit that peels off. Under there is the spot where you plug in the other end of the wire. If you don't have that wire you can buy another one.

Another option is to take the memory card out of your camera, and put it in your computer, if your computer has a memory card reader. If it doesn't have one, you can buy a memory card reader that reads many different kinds of memory for around $30. Just make sure it reads SD cards :)

You can edit picture sizes in various graphics programs, but if you just want to view the full picture on your screen then there are a number of viewers that will automatically size it to fit. The one I like is called FastStone. It is a free program you can download from download.com.

Connect the phone with the usb cable or data cable.

And let windows down load the pictures from your phone.
Or select the album where your phone has the pictures
And down load them from there.

Took a bit to find this this bad news in the manual but what happens now is to get the pictures from the internal memory to the computer as a down load you need to first insert a memory card format the memory card and load each picture from the internal memory onto the memory card one at a time once that is down then you can download the memory card to the computer then you will need to reformat the memory card and then go back into the internal memory erase each one of those images and format the internal memory. Now the GOOD news, you only have 10 pictures. Don't forget to do the formatting.

Consider NOT connecting your camera to your computer.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you an use iPhoto or any other photo cataloging program.

Uploading pictures onto my PC

It took me a while:

go to Tools (bottom centre)
scroll to #8 -- USB Mass memory device
Plug in the "official" cable
Ignore the computer's complaint that it can't find the software
Press OK on the #8 "connect" option
Your phone screen will go blank shortly

Give the computer a moment and it will tell you it's found a new memory device and will show you the contacts. You can copy to and from the memory card -- pictures will be in my_pictures, etc.

When you're finished, press OK to disconnect the phone -- then unplug the cable.

Enjoy!!

Cheers, Dallas

I had the same problem. I use kodak easyshare software and load my pics on to that. Then put all the pics you want in the picture tray. Have your frame plugged into the computer with your usb cord. Then go up to File menu and drop down to "copy to". On my computer it is Folder "E" which is the drive the frame is connected to. Then pick from the Resize drop down menu " best for picture frame', then click copy. You will see the program loading all the pics to E drive. When done, unplug usb cord and you will see it loading on your pic frame. As easy as this is to do, I found it frustrating as well, but when it works, it is easy. Hope this helps
