The rollers may be dirty with paper dirt on them. Clean with a damp (not wet) soft cloth and allow appropriate time to dry up. And also check the small rollers that keep the paper pressed for their tension. If the tension is not equal the also the paper will be pressed more from one side and change its direction. By bending the arm of the roller you can increase.decrease the pressure on the paper. Do that too if need be.

SOURCE: ordinary paper doesn't always feed in straight,

    Hello,
The most common cause for this problem is contamination or foreign objects inside the printer preventing the printer from feeding the paper correctly. Turn the printer off, remove the paper and flip the printer upside down and shake it. That should remove any foreign objects also try the following link for a step by step guide on how to avoid and fix paper jams. http://bit.ly/9pfCXU

SOURCE: paper not feeding into printer straight

Firstly I would check the paper guides on the paper stand, then check the path, turn it upside down and look for debris, I once found my childs sticky sweet in mine. Then try to clean any rubber rollers.

SOURCE: Lexmark X85 won't feed paper. When trying to

There could be something in the paper feeder that's blocking the paper path. Please follow steps below to identify and fix the problem:

      1. Remove the sheets of paper from the feeder.

      2. Grab a flashlight and look inside for any debris.

      3. If you're willing and physically able, you may also turn the printer over. Any debris should just freely roll out from the feeder.

      4. If feeder is clear, place the printer back on the table, open the printer cover and remove the cartridges.

      5. Check the cartridge area for any obstructions/debris that could cause this error or problem.

      6. If cartridge area is clear, close the cover.

      7. Unplug and re-plug the printer into the power outlet to reset it.

      8. When the printer turns on, reinsert the cartridges and load some paper. Try to print again.
ns Serif"'>6. When the printer turns on, reinsert one cartridge first.

      7. Close the printer cover and check for any errors.

      8. If no error appears, reinsert the other cartridge. Close the printer cover.

      9. Replace whichever cartridge is causing the error to appear with a new cartridge.

SOURCE: Paper does not feed straight

      Do the following:

1.) Check the paper input tray, there is a slider on the left side only that must be slid to meet your paper, in order to get it to go through the printer in a straight fashion.
2.) At the rear of the printer there is a large access hatch. On the left side of the hatch there is a handle to open it. Pull the left handle, the hatch opens from the left and then needs to be taken out pulling leftwards as the right hand side has pins that hold it in place.
Check his area for obstructions. Now ensure that this hatch is properly seated. The right side pins need to be pushed into the two corresponding holes and then the left side is to be pushed into the rear of the printer, it should click into position securely.
3.) Allign the printer's ink head by using the software that came with the printer. Go to your control panel and double click the printer to access HP's options menu.
Do this last as it is possible that the ink head is fine and the only problem is that the paper is not being fed in straight.

      Take care!

I have a borrowed Casio FR 105S printing calculator. How do I load the paper?

Make sure the paper has a straight clean edge. Feed the paper into the slot in the back - make sure the paper is straight. Paper will go in about 1/4 inch. Push the feed button and the paper should feed through the printer.
