Question about Lands Phones
I had the same problem and I deregistered my handset from the base by removing the battery pack and kept it out overnight. The next day I replaced the battery and set the phone in the base for 20 seconds and it registered with the base. No more problems with random paging. I also cleaned the area around the page button, (I don't know if this had anything to do with it) and I have not had any more paging problems. good luck.

MY PHONE HAS FINALLY STOPPED REPEATEDLY PAGING! And here's what I did. I figured it was just dust, so when they went off again, I pushed the "Page" button that is located on the base. The phones stopped paging. Then I picked up the base (without the phone) and struck it smartly on the table. Not so hard as to break it, but hard enough to loosen what ever was inside. (I was hoping I didn't loosen critical wires!) I did that to the front, bakc, and both sides of the base unit. It has been three days and the phones have gone off since. Wheeww! It is such a relief the have the phone plugged back in.
I hope this helps someone else.
