Question about Philips Audio Players & Recorders
Wherever you purchased the item, they SHOULD have given you a pamphlet describing what number to call. if you are unable to locate this paperwork, call the store where you bought it (i usually ask for the manager who will usually be the most patient) and tell him of your situation. they might even tell you to bring it in and they will take care of it for you. any phone numbers they give you will be toll free phone calls.
