How do I get things to download to my SD card on my phone?

Depending on what operating system you have, some support for keeping the bulk of the app memory on the SDcard, yet a little of the app is still stored on your phone anyway. Phones do this to keep the path open to the place on the SD card where app info is stored. More economical phones have less internal memory to support this. Pretty much, txt messages, Photos, and videos must go =/

Cant receive messages from HTC Ozone it is say "there is not enough free space to download messages. I have deleted all old messages.

Hi,

You may downloaded such big file to your phone memory, causing your phone telling this info. I Suggest to re-route your download file to memory card. Also you move some additional programs / files from phone to memory card to make your phone has a better performance .

I have a Seagate Expansion 500 MB external drive. 6 months ago I bought it, plugged it in, and copied my entire "My Documents" folder to it. It was just under 90 MB. No issues when I did this....

If you're getting that error, then there's too much other stuff on the drive - it means exactly what it says. Your folder is 90MB, so there's less than 90Mb available on the drive.
Drives are extremely cheap, you can get 16x as much space (8Gb) for less than $20 shipped. http://www.newegg.com/Store/SubCategory.aspx?SubCategory=522&name=USB-Flash-Drives

I purchased an 8GB Gigaware SDHC card and it will not work in my camera. The camera will not take pictures and it keeps telling me that there is a memory card error. Can you please tell me how to fix this...

You didn't tell us the make and model of your camera. It's possible that your camera can only use SD cards....not SDHC but we don't have enough info from you. Check your owner's manual.

When i turn it on it say not enough space for music DM, please free 90MB. And i had deleted about 5 of my songs and a picture and when i try to put music on there it keep telling me that its not enough...

5 songs at around 3MB each and a picture at about 250KB is a lot less than 90MB. You must delete a lot more. If you don't want to lose the files just burn them to a cd-r before deleting them.

When i turn my sansa fuze on it says "not enough space for music db please free 90mb"and turns back off..how am i able to get it to wrk again?

Hello,

When the player is rearranging playlists of the music database, it is possible that there's not enough memory left in the player to finish the task.
Connect the player with your computer to delete some files, at least 90 MB, off the Fuze to make it work again.
When not having a backup of the songs, save them onto the computer first.

Here's the support site for Sandisk Sansa Fuze:

Memory problem with LG Renoir

maybe the case is that the default place for saving files on the device is set to the external card. if this is the case, which caused me similer problems on my renoir, try to set the default place for saving files on the Handset memory instead of on the external card. (the memory issue is not spacwise but cpuwise) to do that u need: Menu> Setttings> Phone settings> Memory manager> Primary storage setting> Handset memory
enjoy.

Not enough space for music DB. Please free 90MB

Remove the microSD card and then delete one or more files from the Sansa's internal memory to free up an additional 90MB.
