While driving down road my western snow plow is rocking all over.

not good or safe! check all mounting pins and frame mounts. A lot of force is on snow plows and the frame mounts often need to be welded up. I imagine it is the whole unit and not just the plow.

Hello,
My name is Dane and I am going to assist you in solving your problem. If you click the link below, it will take you to the Cub Cadet/MTD manuals page. If you put in your snow plow model number which should be "190-833" and then use a serial number of "1" you can see the manual and get the info you need.

Underneath the hood of your tractor is a silver sticker with the sears item number for the correct snowblade. If its a craftsman snowblade it should have a meteal label on it with its model number the 5 numbers after the period need to be the same with what was under your hood to make it the correct blade

Craftsman riding mower

It should be fine as long as the snow plow is made for your model mower you also might want to look into tire chains for the rear. One thing the plow will not work good for is wet or heavy pack snow but if you keep up with the snow it sould be fine
