Chain oilpump clogged

You haven't stated the make and model, but it's a relatively simple process to access the oil pump and blow out with an air-line. Also make sure your oil tank is empty, remove the oil cap and blow through the main oil line back into the tank.. This can then be flushed out.

Rear air suspension doesn't inflate everytime vehicle is started

My Buick had this problem and we found the pump was worn out. It just would not blow up when trying to run. They wanted a lot of money to replace it and the shocks.so I bought a kit that the air line hooks underneath the license plate Now about once every three months I use my air compressor to pump it up. My old air shocks lost air all the time. My new air shocks stay blowed up for over three months.

YOU HAVE TO BLEED THE LINES THE ARE TWO NIPPLES ONE BY THE THERMOSTAT AND ONE BY THE WATER PUMP. YOU HAVE AIR IN THE LINES THE AIR BUBBLES BUILD UP IN FRONT OF THE THERMOSTAT AND PREVENT IT FROM ORENING ANY TIME YOU OPEN THE RADIATOR CAP OR ANYTHIN YOU MUST BLRRD THEM LINES YOU MIGHT HAVE TO DO IT A COUPLE TIMES BUT A RELATIVELY EASY FIX

Gardner denver air compressor is blowing oil, need help

Is this a rotary screw compressor? If so, is it blowing oil out of the air filter or out of the discharge air lines? If it's blowing oil out of the air filter you have a oil stop valve or minimum pressure check valve bad. If oil is coming out of the discharge air you need to change the seperator.

Motor runs blower seems to be blowing air can get flow out bleed on pump tried two different pumps both plastic couplers between end of motor shaft and pump are good No flow out of either pump, even when...

Are you referring to an oil pump? If you get oil out of the bleeder screw but not out of the jet valve (small copper line going to nozzle assembly), the strainer in the pump could be blocked. Hard to believe both pumps could have same issue. Pull off end of oil pump and inspect strainer. Is there a by-pass plug installed in it? Remove it if so.

No auto lube to chain

If the filter is intact, then the dirt was in the line to begin with. Disconnect the inlet line at the pump and blow out the line with compressed air (from the tank side). You might clean the oil tank while you are at it. The blow-out is unnecessary if replacing the above parts. Put some oil into the new pump to prime it. Don't try to fix the damaged plastic gear.

Husqvarna 136 is not getting enough oil. Changed the pump, but it is not drawing it up to the bar

what you can do is try taking the cap off of oil tank drain oil, take chain & bar off try taking compreesed air or air blow nosel in hole going to blow & if its clogged it should blow out of cap hole or there might be a hole in line but it might have saw dust in oil clogging oil from coming out

This is a common problem on all sportsters, they have an oil blow by that dumps it into the air filter. I have found that if I run about a half quart low the problem goes away.
