This solution is partially true.  I just spoke to logitech customer support and they said the micro receiver for the MX620 is not being sold separately, not very helpful right?.  Instead they gave me the option of buying another one, what a great solution.

Search the web for a receiver for your mouse is about all I can suggest. You might want to start with E-bay or other auction sites. Best of luck on this quest.

No lights on keyboard

Several possibilities.
Your unit is wireless so the most likely is the USB Wifi receiver has lost connection. Unplug the USB receiver and plug it into a different USB port.

It is possible the unit battery has run down. Replace it with a fresh battery.
If your unit also has a wireless mouse with it and the mouse is still working, you may just have a faulty keyboard. It happens.

How do I slow down a logitech M510 mouse? I have it as slow as it can go using control panel mouse settings but it is still too fast

The software Mr. Maitia referred to is called Setpoint, and it's the key to getting full use out of your 510, or any other Logitech mouse/keyboard/etc. product. All versions of the Setpoint software and drivers for Logitech products are available for free download at the Logitech support website. Here's the link: Logitech Support

I received a Performance MX mouse as a gift recently and have been having problem after problem with it working. There is a continual problem with the mouse lagging after the cursor has not been moved for...

I'd suggest downloading the most recent software and drivers for the Performance MX mouse to see if that makes a difference. You can get that software directly from their site at this link:

They also have a fairly good FAQs and troubleshooting section for their products. Your devices page should be this link:

If neither of those help you'll have to contact Logitech directly regarding your warranty question. You can either email them or call them, and their contact info is listed on their website:

It's possible the Firefly remote is interfering. It's also possible the mouse is going bad (G7s have been around for a while). I'd contact Logitech and see what they can do for you - their warranty support for mice is terrific.

Hi, computer repair shop has misplaced my MX5500 Logitech dongle, where can i get another one???

Well I am not able to locate just a dongle shy from calling Logitech - but since a shop was the root cause - they should replace the entire rig and you give them the useless keyboard and mouse and let them deal with a replacement.

Anyway - Here are a few links
