Question about Hoover SteamVac F5914-900 SpinScrub Upright Vacuum
On the front of the dirty water return tank there should be a removable square plastic piece. Remove the lid and slide that piece out. Replace wth the back end of the hose receptacle. when you return the lid to the top of the return tank, you must roll it on from the front(there are brackets the lid hooks under) to the back and listen or feel or the "click" . Now push the smaller water hose into the receptacle which is located under the hinged door on top of the base. It should be ready to go, now. let me know if this fixesya! Thanks, Rene (the Vacuun Doctor)
