I have Outlook latest version on my Mac. How can I convert olm contacts to pst format?

You can use the tool OLM to PST Converter Ultimate to convert Mac Outlook OLM to PST. The tool supports all versions of Mac Outlook including the latest version. When you install the tool on your Mac, it is an easy process to move it to Windows Outlook.

You can convert Mac Outlook to Windows Outlook using express mode of this tool in a very easy and professional way. There is no issue in moving from Mac Outlook to Windows Outlook with this tool. When the OLM files get converted to PST, they become compatible with Windows Outlook. These files will support your latest Outlook version.

The Autoload is an advanced technique by which the tool fetches your email data from Outlook identity folder and exports it to PST file. Apart from that the calendar and contacts are also exported to PST files. The data export feature of this tool has a setting to limit the size of PST files.

The data integrity has a very high importance, and the output data is compatible with Windows Outlook file format. The tool has an evaluation copy for users to download and test, which is same as the licenced copy with a difference of limited conversion. You can try it now! http://www.gladwevsoftware.com/olm-to-pst-converter-pro/

How to Move emails from Outlook mac 2011 to Outlook Windows 2010 ?

Outlook mac archived files cannot be imported directly into windows outlook. Its a default error from Microsoft, as outlook mac supports .olm file format whereas windows outlook support/import only .pst files. So in order to get you outlook mac emails in windows outlook you need to convert .olm files into .pst.

Here is a link with the same issue, might help: Convert Olm file to Pst

Microsoft Outlook

If you attempt to send a message that is too large for your mail server you may be unable to delete it from the Outbox.

First, try setting Outlook offline using the File, Offline menu. Wait about a minute or so or close Outlook and reopen.
If you are unable to delete the message while in offline mode or cannot go into offline mode, you'll need to change your default delivery location.

  1. Add a new PST using the File, New, Outlook Data File menu.
  2. Open the Email Accounts dialog on the Tools menu.
  3. Select view or Change existing email accounts and click Next.
  4. Select the new personal folders file from the Deliver new email to the following location list.
  5. Click Finish and restart Outlook.
  6. Show the folder list, using Ctrl+6 if necessary, and find the old Outbox. Delete the message.
  7. Repeat steps 2, 3, 4, and 5 to restore the original pst as the default delivery location.
  8. Show the folder list and move any new messages from the new pst to the original pst.
  9. Right click on the new folder's name and Choose Close to remove it from your profile.

My outlook 2007 has reached max size, I have deleted most archives, but nothing changes. This happened when I tried to download my hard drive

As archives are in a separate PST than your Mailbox (Inbox, Calendar, Sent Items, Deleted Items, Contacts etc), you may need to focus on this section to be reduced. Biggest culprit for used space is deleted Items. Empty this by right clicking and select Empty deleted items folder. Once empty, it is a good idea to archive messages in your Sent Items folder to another PST or Personal Folder. Once you have done these steps, right click your Mailbox Account (icon of House with a minus sign beside it - under All Mail items), and select Properties for "Your Mailbox Name" Click Advanced button, and click Compact now. This will compress your PST file, and remove any space once occupied by any moved or deleted messages. This process could take a while, and should not be interrupted.

Size increase of ms outlook

Negative on that partner...

Your PST (email folder) file should not be bigger than 1.8Gb, once it reaches that size, you cannot receive or send emails.

What you can do is save the email attachments on your hard drive and delete them from the email message itself, saving only the message.

Make PST files that only contain up to 1.5Gb, then create more with other names (like Inbox200712_01.pst, Inbox200712_02.pst) for example.
