Question about Kitchen Ranges
I am guessing this is a new cooktop for you. The burners don't adjust like gas burners. they run full power, and turn on and off to regulate the heat. If you are noticing that the burners light up like they are on high, this is normal. They should light up and dim to regulate heat.
If this isn't the case and they just go straight to high and don't dim, the temperature switch in the back of the stove is bad. Hope this helps...
