You need to change the lcd and that will fix the problem.
The phone has hung up because there are errors in the software. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Using your PC , scan the memory card for any corrupt files or media files with virus- it is possible when they are downloaded from unsafe sites. If so remove or format the card. Now replace the card and battery and switch on the phone. If the phone hangs up then it is confirmed that the software is corrupt and will need a reinstallation. Seeking help from the authorized service /support centre is most ideal. Take estimate and decide.

mine, gets that white screen when you try to turn it on, end then shut off, and doesn't turn on again, nor white.
i took it to the store, tey said they couldn't do anithing, with it, it has a software problem.
i tried a new battery too, but it kept doing the same thing.
my phone also does this can transfer to pc pictures
Same prob here guys ..just started seeing this prob since last 30min or so ..after doingfile transfer to pc and disconnecting the cable (off course aftr\er removing/stopping USB device....)
I am unable to do anything ..have to physically discio\onnect the battery to stop it .,...

The solution here sounds a little radical, changing LCD??? are you serious? I would imagine if the LCD was broken then the phone would start normally, you know, that quick vibration at the beginning? I get nothing!
when i disconnected my phone from my pc it just started showing white screen
I have a similar problem with my phone when i try to switch on the phone i get a white screen and it keeps blinking all the time for turning it off i have to take out the battery?
