I have the same exact problem, It freezes at the AT&T screen and thats it, the only time I can get it to light up is when I press the power button and the 1 and 9 keys. Other than that, my phone is frozen. Someone please help.
I let my phone die and now it really isnt charging. Now when i turn it on it keeps freezing at the AT&T page and doesnt go past that. It's a holiday weekend so i can't get A&T store to fix it. Anyone know what I can do to get my phone to work.
i have the lock on my blackjack II, and when i take out my battery and restart my phone, it takes me where i have to enter my password, like normal, but whenever i press any button, nothing comes up. like i didnt enter any keys.
and when the characters do come up where my password is entered, it just stays on the screen.
my phone froze so i took out the battery and turned it back on, but it stays frozen on the at&t screen that comes up when you turn it on. its only about 2 months old too
