Depending on the player you did not leave us wht kind, they usually have software disk or they are automataclly reconized as a Mass storage device. You can do this one of two was,
Use a program called Itunes, or media player for windows, or you simply can drag and drop from windows expolorer.

In your phones menu, press *, press up and you will find a hidden menu option.It reads "USB Flash Drive". select it and select yes, DO this when your phone's connected to the computer via usb cable and it will show up as a mass storage device, put your music in the MEDIA folder and you can play it via the media player. just plug the phone up to your computer via usb your computer should then load all the neccesary drivers from there a folder will appear select view all files and folders in there will be video music and photos just drag and drop your music into the music folder and your done easy as that
