Question about RIM Blackberry 8310 8320 8330 Curve 8100 8110 8120 8130 Pearl Car Charger / Veh
This could be to do with the OS being corrupt. It is always good practice to do a factory reset after upgrading the firmware, This is done in security settings. you will have to type in "blackberry" as the reset paswword. you should be fine after this,
Jowevr if you continue to have problems then please check on yhe RIM website for firmware re-download it and update your phone again, even if it's the same version, then factory reset, somethin may have gone wrong when you flashed the phone the first time.
Please be very carefull using custom versions of firmware as i am aware they are available, just remember they have not been through any quality controll and not made by a development team with millions behind them. If you are using a custom upgrade then i recomend going back to the standard version, also any custom firmware will invalidate your warranty.
