    I have the same problem. Mode knob is in the off position and the Temp knob is off - but internal fan stays on and the element is warm to touch.

    Any Ideas - have turned off and on a circuit breaker to reset - no luck.

    Model OS301.

My fan took 30 minutes after cooking to turn off. i think it may have to do with the fact that it is trying to cool the oven?
just wait for 30minutes - 1hr to see if it stops and open the oven door all the way to speed up the cooling

Belling evolution 152 main oven stopped working and clock gone out.

Have you checked the power source to the oven? Has the cord come out of the wall plug? Has a circuit breaker tripped? Once the obvious things are checked and proven good will it be necessary to dig into the interior of the appliance.

My oven turns off on me after only a minute never heating up fully

Could be caused by either of following;

1. Faulty thermostat.
2. Faulty thermal cut out switch. (controls power to cooling fan).
3. Faulty cooling fan (not fan inside oven).

Test thermostat by setting thermostat to low temperature like 60 oC. If oven gets much hotter then its a faulty thermostat.
To test cooling fan and thermal switch take oven out and remove top or rear panels to expose components.
When oven gets hot the cooling fan should turn on. If it doesn't then check to see if there is a mains voltage present.
If mains current exist but fan is not turning then replace fan. If mains voltage is not present then its the thermal switch.
