I guess i put in too many pages at one time because my DQ120D Active shredder is jammed. i was able to pull out all of the paper, but the shredding mechanism is still jammed tight. What should I do?

you can use a bottle of shredder oil to saturate left over paper jam, let sit for 6-8 hours to let oil soak into paper. This should soften paper up enough to power thru jam. If this does not help than you should probally contact manufacturer.

I was able to unjam an ATIVA DX 180 D shredder now the shredding blades won't turn but the motor is running.
