The steam valve needs to be replaced, because the pins have been damaged from high pressure buildup, could have been caused from a very fine grind. You can also check the screen in the brew unit that might be blocked and causing the high pressure backup.

Steam dial turns on in the middle of coffee brewing. Brewing stops. Have to hold dial to prevent it from turning. Saeco Go Plus II

The brewing pressure will backfeed into the steam circuit if you forget to turn off the power for the steam on most units. That combined with calcification in the valve will cause it to open. I don't know if this is your particular problem.
I would really recommend you don't ever put tap water, and definitely never put "magic" water (Kangan, etc.) into an espresso machine. Both will screw it up proper. I never put anything but steam distilled water in my machine, and I have never had to run vinegar through it. It's inexpensive, and will save you a lot of trouble.
A lot of calcium in the valve, or in the brewing circuit would most likely allow the valve to be forced open, even without the steam heating element on.

The brew group is stuck and will not come out

I hope one of this two solutions solve your problem.

1- The brew group is out of place. Turn the machine on. Close the service door.
The brew group is automatically placed in the correct position.

2-Coffee grounds drawer is inserted. Remove the dregdrawer first, then the brew
group.

With the steam spout turned on, no steam is ejected, alarm light

Does water comes out when turn on the knob? If it is, try making steam, it should come out also. Make sure the knob is turned fully.Probably the seals in the valve is jamming and preventing the knob to turn fully.

I Have descaled my Saeco Odea Go but still it doesnt brew coffee

That is serious, that means the grinder is jammed or not working. To check the components of the machine follow these instructions.
Press and hold the steam button and turn on the machine, when you see the lights going around in anticlockwise direction, release the button. Turn the coffee dial to the left and press the steam button, the grinder should turn. Dial on the right and pressing coffee ****. water pump runs. Press steam ****. brew group go up, dial 1/4 to left B/Group down.
If grinder not turning the motor is bad. Hope it will help to find out.

Saeco Odea Go - Hot water leaks from bottom of machine

That's leaking from the hoses coming out from the boiler,if the machine is new it should be still under warranty, may have to take it back to the service center. When making coffee the lines are under pressure and the water never have a chance to pass through the ground coffee.

Machine stoppped working

Try this remove the brew unit and clean the screen on the unit, then insert unit, and open steam/hot water valve to prime. If that does not work then there might be a malfunction with the pump, I am assuming that the machine is only 2 weeks old?

Saeco Odea Giro - alarm light continually slow flashing

I had the same problem. I filled everything up and closed it then took the hopper top and placed a small magnet that fit the circumference of the hopper sensor (I took one off of a refrigerator magnet and it fit down into the sensor) and it immediately went green. Hope it works for you.
