Question about Acer Aspire 5100 Notebook
Make sure the power adaptor is connected, powered on and your computer has lights confirming that you are getting external power. Make sure your battery is plugged in. Try powering the computer on. Look for any signs/noises from the computer. Try holding the power button down for about 10-20 seconds. Often this can reset the computer. Sometimes you may need to let the laptop charge its battery for a while before it will turn on, Good luck - if this doesn't work, report back with more information - ie any noises, fans, beeps, flashing of the screen that occurs.
