Question about Sony PlayStation 3 40GB System
Make sure all your connections are correct!
You can always RESET your PS3 by; "When turning on PS3, press and hold the power on button untill you hear 2 bips. 1st bip will be right away then the 2nd bip will be in about 5 seconds.
This will reset you PS3 to use the RCA jacks (Yellow Red White). Then hook it up using those jacks.
Also if over heating: Check the Fan or follow these Directions!
If you don't have money to send it out for repair.
Turn off and unplug your PS3 for atleast 1 hour.
Take an "Air Can" and blow it out all the dust from all angles.
*You have to use Clean Air and never turn the can Upside down nore angle it too much, your air can will start shooting cold liquid! VERY BAD!
After you clean out your PS3 then let it sit for ½ hour and then turn it on and see if you fixed the issue!
