Question about HP Computers & Internet
C-tree(r) error #7716
this code shows everytime windows starts and then in restarts right after or a few mins after it was running computer was just rebooted
This is not a windows error.
It looks like some 3rd party application that is using the C-Tree programming language.
Most likely it will be your logitech product.
In order to solve this please start windows in safe mode pressing F8 at the computer start.
As soon as your logged in go to Start-Run.
There you have to type MSCONFIG.
Another window opens, go to the startup tab and uncheck some items to get a clean boot.
If you have some logitech product installed in that menu try unchecking it.
If you need further assistance please don't hesitate and contact me.
Hope it helped.
