Can't find the right toilet seat from standard stores

I have a toilet that has ''Grohe'' marked on the push handle. The toilet seat and basin do not have any mark. I need to replace the broken toilet seat, but it is not standard. The seat can only be attached from the top (the bottom is ''concealed''). Do you know my best bet to find the right toilet seat?

Grohe does not make toilets. look inside the tank for manufacturer and model number it sounds like a one piece toilet and the seat bolt nuts are in the tank feel around for them.Grohe only makes handles for toilets to match their faucet finishes

I purchased a Molded Wood Toilet Seat I can not get it tight enough so that it doesn't slip out of place What am I doing wrong ?

You might need to put rubber washers on the screws so there is something for it grip on.
There is also the possibility that the seat wasn't designed for the toilet basin. Especially the older type basins. In which case you might struggle to get it right.

toilet will need syphon replacing. the lid should lift of the cistern, some have the push buttons screwed down to the syphon and to remove them just turn the ring around them anti-clockwise.

Need to know where I can get the basin/pan toilet fixtures

There is a company named Noland and company . Go online and find them. They usually have many different parts. They will send them to you. Now if you have a supply specialty shop in your town, they might have it.

The lever (handle) to flush the toilet does not rise after it is pushed down, causing the toilet to run. One has to push the lever (handle)up after the down motion to make it function properly.

I had this issue as well with my toilet. My chain was unattached and had been sucked down the drain under the stopper valve preventing the toilet stopper valve from completely closing and causing the water to continually run. After re-attaching the chain I noticed when I flushed the toilet that the handle did not rise again until I manually pushed it up. After readjusting the chain to a tighter position where the chain was not floating at all but instead holding the stopper valve in place I again flushed to check the reaction. This fixed the issue of the water continually running and also the handle not resetting itself properly.

Here is the steps I took to resolve my issue:

Step 1: Remove the lid off of the tank.

Step 2: Check to see if the chain coming from the Toilet Handle to the Stopper Valve is loose, unattached, or broken.

Step 3: Flush the toilet and check to see if the problem has been fixed. If not readjust the chain to a different position and flush again.

Step 4: If all is resolved replace the tank lid.

Other possible things to check:
Check the Float Ball to see if it's Half-way or more submerged in the water. If it is it needs to be replaced.

I hope this helps!

Slow leak from water line

I think you will only need a basin wrench. If I'm understanding you correctly, you want to tighten the water supply lines? If you've never used one before, ask the guy at the hardware store to demonstrate how to use the basin wrench.

How do I take my faucet off? It's a Grohe Lady Lux. We are trying to replace.

You need to remove the sprayhead and hose from faucet and underneath you will see a brass threaded tailpiece that the mounting nut is connected to you need to turn the threaded piece counter clockwise. The faucet came with a paddle handle tool that fits in the brass tailepiece but I have used a basin wrench carefully to loosen without damaging threads

Need technical diagram of single hole faucet

Not sure where to find the diagram, but what type of faucet is it and where is it leaking? It it's a single lever, remove the hot/cold indicator to uncover an allen set screw. Loosen it and remove the lever, then the outer bushing nut. Now you'll have access to the interior parts around the cartridge (make sure you turn the water off to the supply lines before proceeding further). If it's the two handle type, remove the index buttons from the top of each handle to uncover a screw with either a slotted or phillips head. Remove the screws and remove the handles. You now have access to the valves and seats. If it's a 12-year-old faucet, the o-rings and seats will probably need to be replaced and this will fix your problem. If it's a single lever type, you'll need to replace the seats and springs and it will probably solve the problem.
